One Year on from our Adobe Award, we’re Growing Faster than Ever

This time last year Decibel Insight won the Standout Adobe Marketing Cloud Innovation Award at the Adobe Summit EMEA. It was an achievement we are very proud of and testament to how far we’d come in just over a year on the market, having only been founded in early 2014.

With the Adobe Summit taking place in Vegas this week, we thought what better time than now to reflect on where we are one year on.

I’m delighted to say it’s been a year of record success. Our online customer experience technology is now the most advanced on the market, and is the solution for three of the top 10 Fortune 500 companies, as well as a long list of other top global brands.

Our transparency and dedication to weekly development sprints, many of our clients tell us, has been a key differentiator between us and other solutions on the market – people who use Decibel Insight really do shape how the technology develops.

We can react and respond to client feedback at lightning speed, and around half of the improvements we’ve made and new features we’ve added have been based entirely on requests from and conversations with our clients – as evidenced by our regularly updated changelog [requires Decibel Insight account].

As well as working directly with our clients to improve Decibel Insight, we’ve dedicated our resources to fulfilling a product roadmap of incredible new features that will take digital customer experience analytics into a new era. We will shortly be opening a managed beta program to test our new innovations before preparing them for general release.

Earlier this year we also made the decision to open source a significant chunk of our technology, partly to showcase how exciting the stuff we’re working on is, but also in a bid to attract top developer talent to aid us in realizing our technology ambitions faster.

Our focus on making our technology the very best it can be for our clients has been reflected in fantastic growth and business results. Since winning the Adobe award last year, we have tripled our headcount and opened new offices in the USA.

With the plans we have, the expert team in place to implement it and technology really at the cutting edge, this year looks to be even more exciting than the last.
