New partnership era
The new "Tealmall" experience was certainly a hit with guests. Five commerce-themed stalls were ready and waiting fully stocked with swag items - from backpacks and laptop sleeves to t-shirts and penny sweets - for attendees to pre-orderin the app. Conversations flowed as people collected their items and many fruitful discussions began.
But Tealium and Decibel Insight didn't stop there - Tealmall provided the perfect opportunity to show off our growing partnership and integration. Using data from a) beacons placed around the venue and b) the swag collection app, Decibel Insight were able to visualize the most visited areas of the mall and partner pavilion using our real-time dynamic heatmaps.
