Much like the NCAA’s March Madness Basketball Tournaments, CX industry events are ramping up in March in a big way, battling for your attention. To help you make the most of your networking time this event season, we’ve compiled a list of our top 5 “must attend” events across the globe. SXSW, March 10 – 19, Austin TX

Not your traditional conference, SXSW is THE event for helping creative people achieve their goals, and has quickly become an essential for global professionals. Although running for a total of 9 days, the interactive festival that kicks off the whole event (March 10 – 14) allows attendees to explore what’s next in the world of technology. Customer Behaviour Analytics Conference, March 30, London UK
