Decibel and Qualtrics: How We Integrate and Where You Can Find Us at X4

Decibel is a Digital Experience Intelligence Platform that provides quantifiable experience data on all web and mobile interactions via our Digital Experience Score (DXS).  Decibel integrates with several technologies, including Voice of Customer (VoC) platforms like Qualtrics. Qualtrics has a suite of customer experience management products to optimize customer experiences and to predict which actions have the biggest financial impact for clients.

The Decibel-Qualtrics integration enables joint customers to do three things: 

      1. Access Decibel session replays directly from responses within Qualtrics 
      2. Segment in Decibel based on Qualtrics survey responses 
      3. Add replay links to Qualtrics Slack Task notifications
 

The joint solution enables users to review survey feedback alongside a session recording of what actually happened that led to the survey response. 

This can provide context for comments, help mitigate disputes and provide a deeper understanding of the experience.
